Aww...i totally know what you mean. Everyone just seems mean and fake lately and its getting really stressful. So, im gonna use our favorite saying, "If i could drive, I'd be over there with a pint of Phish Food and two spoons!"

Fake people? There will always be fake people. Book-smart kids acting like idiots? there will always be book-smart kids acting like idiots. Usually its just to prove they aren't nerds and they can fit into the "in crowd". But then again i don't know who you're talking about, so maybe that doesn't apply to them.
