-well it's a new thing i've made. like a plan for your diet, but not an actual diet. in Murphy's Law you go by your own pace, and don't beat yourself up if you cheat

but my weight is a serious condition that needs to be taken care of. it also has a scientific name - it's called Obesity. its like wow, are you serious?
