I don't know but this info is posted everywhere - I found the pic on one blog along with this:

"Here is the first image that has been released of Keith Richards who is of course playing Jack Sparrow's father in the up and coming finale to the Pirates Of The Carribean series - At Worlds End. When I First heard that Richards was going to be in the film i thought it was quite a horrible idea and that they were just trying to throw him in to get some more attention to the film (of which they clearly dont need *cough* $1bn at box office *cough*.) But this image puts new belief into me that he will pay off in this role and that the third film will be the best. What we need now is a trailer. Hopefully that is on the way soon."

The pic was posted on coming-soon.net but then was removed due to producer's request... Hmmm...
