So in my procrastination from studying for my final, I decided to pop through some old message boards I use to frequent for EQ. Eq was such a big part of my life for such a time, and I was really involved with posting on a few different sites. Anyway, the platform being used was originally EZboards. Then most of the communities I was part of

That happened to a forum I used to frequent for some webcomics. It had years of archives and then it lost popularity and eventually "exploded", as the remaining members who had migrated elsewhere put.

Then the new board for one of the original comics from the old board got wiped out, so we don't even have the last couple years we'd built up.

Behold, the future.
