Customer who claimed to have gotten out of brain surgery this afternoon spoke with me and wanted to pay my personal check for an order at Lebanon. They do not accept personal checks. The lady claimed that "according to the Act of 1973" we HAD to accept her personal check. What a dum-dum. -
