I just finished reading Authentic Happiness.  One thing that makes people happier, as I think Jeff was suggesting, is doing things that reflect your core values and strengths.  After I took the questionnaire:

I'm thinking that we may have a wedding caterer!  I was perplexed, to say the least, when looking over menus today.

Our most-hated aspect of our wonderful habitat has been removed!  We had a leaky bathroom sink.  But it wasn't a drip-drip kind of leak, it leaked around the base of the faucet, resulting in puddles of water on top of the sink.  The plumber claimed it wasn't worth fixing since it wasn't causing damage to the sink ( Read more... )
