So, finished up at "the hotel." I'll miss the place. Had a 7L blood loss on my last spine case. Fun times, yo.
Started in OB. Hate the place. It's a billion miles from my house. Need to commute daily. There's no supplies anywhere. Why the fuck they even have techs is beyond my meager comprehension. They get paid to do nothing. I need a job like that...
First day there, we where instructed to come to the weekly meeting. No one introduced themselves and we watched them rip an attending to shreds. Intimidation, much? Apparently that attending is a douchenozzle, but still.... None of the residents seem particularly knowledgeable, either. In fact, I feel like they're learning a lot of bad practice.
Aside from that, the place is basically ok.
Fake graduation is in 2 weeks. 2 big presentations tomorrow. Can't wait to be done....
