Title: Mr. Kim
Paring: Mainly KangTeuk.
Summary: When Kim Youngwoon is a math teacher, and Jungsu needs some tutoring.

"Damn that hot teacher for making me stand up in front of everyone, acting all tough!" Heechul exclaimed in annoyance during lunch break as they sat on one of the round tables scattered outside on school grounds, which was covered in beautiful green grass and small plants, of course, no one would expect anything less from a high standard and expensive all boys high school. Although the situation in class went out smoothly, as part of being a teenager, Heechul hated being called out for something, even though he knew he was at fault. Jungsu simply listened to his ranting friend, all the while remembering how his teacher looked, how he moved, how his muscles flexed perfectly with each movement, not like he was extremely buff, but simply fit enough to show nicely shaped muscles, and his broad shoulders.. oh.."Jungsu-ya! are you even listening?" his lifelong friend noticed him zoning off into space.

Jungsu has come out of the closet a while ago, he has completely accepted his sexuality by now. He remembered how he first started having feelings for Mr.Kim long before now, it began in 10th grade, when Kim Youngwoon showed up for the first time in their school as the new teacher, unfortunately, he only taught the 12th graders, so all Jungsu could do back then was try to find anything at all, anything he didn't understand about math, as an excuse to go to the teacher's lounge and ask his teacher as he stole glances at Mr.Kim Youngwoon, blushing furiously when said teacher made eye contact with him, causing the blonde and delicate boy to snap back to his own teacher who was making sure his star student understood everything perfectly. He knew he'd never have a chance with a teacher, but it didn't change the fact that he was crushing on him so hard.

Jungsu has only entered the math teacher's lounge a couple of times as to not seem suspicious, he was known as a genius after all, so no one would expect him to need help all the time; maybe once in a while, yes, but not every single day. But as he entered the teacher's lounge one time during his first year as an eleventh grader, his original teacher seemed to have left for an emergency. Jungsu was confused, most other teachers were busy or rushing for their next class. Jungsu spoke out to the room asking where his teacher was, consequently, only Mr.Kim noticed his existence peeking from behind the door, and told him to come in with a charming smile, Jungsu's heart started pounding and almost tripped over himself into the room out of nervousness, not expecting the teacher, whom he has been crushing on for the past year, to give him any heed at all. "Your teacher seems to have left urgently, is there anything you need? maybe I could help you." Mr.Kim explained, he sensed the boy's nervousness. "don't worry, I don't bite" the young teacher jokingly added with a little wink, he's always had a flirtatious attitude. Jungsu averted his eyes back to his notebook which he was holding, trying not to blush too much, and stay calm. "I.. can't seem to understand this problem.." He spoke softly, pointing at a math equation he purposefully left unfinished. "Hmm.. let me see." the charming teacher said as he took the notebook from the boy's hands and looked at the math problem more closely. "grab that seat over there and bring it here, I'll explain this to you since your teacher isn't available at the moment." Jungsu quickly did as he was told, just the thought of sitting next to the broad man seemed like a fantasy, yet here he is sitting next to the 'still technically new' teacher, on his simple desk, which Jungsu noticed, didn't contain any family pictures or personal customization. The whole time Mr.Kim spoke, Jungsu only nodded, surprisingly able to stay calm throughout, but every time Kim Youngwoon accidentally brushed his fingers with his while he was explaining, Jungsu felt his face heat up, which wasn't a good sign. No matter how hard he tried, unfortunately, he couldn't control his flushed face. And that was the only time he ever had a one-on-one moment with Mr.Kim.

Park Jungsu snapped back to reality when Heechul called out to him, he blinked a couple of times. "ah, sorry" he said, and let out a light chuckle, Heechul narrowed his eyes suspiciously. "Don't tell me you have something going on with that douche..!" Jungsu widened his eyes."n-no! not at all! why would you say that?" He panicked, he hasn't told Heechul about his secret crush yet. "Because of how you were blushing each time I mentioned him, what's going on Jungsu-ya? why haven't you told me you were sleeping with that hot piece of ass sooner?" Heechul's tone shifted from being concerned to a praising attitude as he smacked his best friend's arm enthusiastically "n-no I'm not!" Jungsu almost yelled, then caught himself and repeated with a calmer voice "I'm not, I just.. kinda like him.." He explained, before Heechul had the chance to come up with other wrong assumptions "You do? since when?" the self proclaimed Cinderella asked as he put a fork-full of salad in his mouth "It started since tenth grade" Jungsu almost whispered, but Heechul still heard him spitting some small bits of greens on the table almost choking on the rest as it traveled down his throat, thankfully not choking too seriously, Heechul didn't like things being kept from him, specially if it's Jungsu. A few coughs from Heechul and worried glances later the Cinderella exclaimed a loud "What?!" at his friend "Why the heck haven't you told me??" He retorted "Because at first I just thought it was a silly crush, and I tried forgetting it, but I still feel the same way. And I knew what you'd say, you'd just brush it off as something impossible, and say how nieve I am to have feelings for a teacher while I'm merely a student! I know it's crazy but I can't control how I feel." Jungsu answered, trying to keep as quiet as possible when he mentioned the words "student" and "teacher" thankfully no one was really close to listen into their conversation anyway. Heechul opened his mouth again to argue but then closed it, realizing that his 'innocent little boy' was actually right ".. you have a point, but still! gosh Jungsu, are you just gonna stay quiet about it?" He questioned "That's the plan.." Jungsu replied with a small sigh poking at his food with his fork, seemingly deep in thought. Heechul let the silence surround them, then later spoke up after some contemplation "You could give him a secret note confessing how you feel, he doesn't have to know it's you" he said with a smirk, Jungsu sighed again "Heechul-ah.. I'm not telling him how I feel, besides, what's the point of that if he doesn't know who it's from?" he questioned "That's the whole point! You'll figure out weather or not he's really into guys that way, that's what really matters here. Or better yet! I could try to flirt with him to see how he responds" He continued with a mischievous smirk playing on his lips "no please, Heechul-ah, there's no need for either of those, I doubt he like guys anyway-s--" Jungsu trialed off as he saw said teacher inside the building seeming to have been looking at him, he blushed deeply when Mr.Kim held up a friendly greeting hand with a warm smile following while he was leaning against the counter holding a mug, then the bell rang and the boy got up quickly as Heechul continued "how'd you know? you'd be surprised" while they both headed to their next lesson.

Youngwoon spent his lunch break helping some students with things they didn't get during his class, he already expected this kind of situation, seeing as today's lesson would be a bit more complicated for students who just entered 12th grade. He was usually always busy, but being a 28 year old and the youngest among his colleagues, it didn't wear him out entirely. When all the students left the room, he let out a sigh of relief, sure he was still young and energetic, but he could just picture his comfortable bed waiting for him at home already. Then he remembered what happened today, and chuckled at the little episode he experienced in his first class with the feminine boy, but couldn't shake the feeling of having met the little blonde/brunette one sitting next to his troublemaker twin before. After much thought, he remembered that he was the one who always came to the lounge for help and was always the top of his class from what his previous teachers proudly said. He recalled him as the shy blushing boy, since he always seemed embarrassed for some reason. Youngwoon got up heading to the cafeteria to grab some coffee, scanning the place while he waited, he saw his two new favorite students through the large window, sitting outside on the table, the raven haired Heechul sitting with his back towards the window and the other one, whom Youngwoon forgot to catch his name, was sitting on the side, making his face visible to the bulky man, each one barely touching their food, he shook his head 'no wonder they seem so fragile' the he mused as he sipped from his mug, now filled with warm black coffee to keep him alert through the rest of the day, It seemed as if 'the blushing one''s hair turned golden under the sun, sparkling as the wind blew some strands away from his face once in a while, how truly beautiful he was when he smiled comfortably showing his cute dimple just at the side of his mouth, instead of seeming tense the whole time, how slender his fingers were when they curled around his utensils to poke at his food, and how soft his skin seemed to be. Suddenly the boy turned his head just slightly allowing him to see his teacher, Youngwoon tried to act normal by giving him a little wave of hand and smiling when the bell rang, he realized that he'd been staring at the brunette dimpled boy the whole time, he widened his eyes a bit and turned away as the two boys left for their class, he furrowed his brows at himself thinking 'what the heck, youngwoon-ah?' sure, he found the boy to be very beautiful and mesmerizing, he can't deny that, everyone found the "angelic boy" that way, he wasn't the only one, but he wouldn't find him attractive at all or anything other than just a student..right?

On a friday afternoon, a few weeks later, Jungsu decided to go study at his local coffee shop after school, hearing how it's best to change environment once in a while when studying. Heechul wanted nothing but to flop on his comfortable bed, so he let his friend go do his thing on his own while he got some beauty sleep. After Jungsu had showered and changed out of his uniform, he grabbed his bag again, kissed his mother goodbye and headed to his destination, he noticed the weather seeming to get colder, indicating that winter was well on its way, he regretted not listening to him mother about grabbing his sweater, but he was much too enthusiastic about trying his new study regimen that he had forgotten completely. Rushing into the quiet and warm cafe, he went to have a seat, only to find a muscular man with broad shoulders sitting at the table near his flipping through the pages of a newspaper, Jungsu's breath got caught in his throat by surprise, and from the rustling movement, the man raised his head slightly to see who would be siting there, once he realized it was his fragile angelic student, he beamed happily "Jungsu-ya, what brings you here?" the warm smile bringing a soft smile to the younger student's face as well and making him blush "I-I came here to study" he said, letting out a nervous laugh "Oh, well don't worry then, pretend I'm not even here" the man said, indicating for the boy to carry on before going back to his newspaper, he loved encouraging his students and seeing them study hard, it gave him a sense of accomplishment, or more like pride. Jungsu smiled happily, he started getting clumsy with his hands, making a lot of noise while he tried arranging his books and stumbling over his feet when he went to order his coffee, Youngwoon held back a chuckle and grinned, he was still a young guy after all, and still enjoyed teasing and playing as much as teenagers did, even though he was already a teacher. Jungsu walked through the narrow path between seats with a hot cup of coffee in his hand, when he reached his seat he tripped slightly over the shoulder strap on his bag, thankfully not spilling anything he sat down finally and open his first text book "hey, you alright there Jungsu-ah?" Youngwoon asked with his calm deep voice, completely different from the strict, authoritative usual tone at school, this one was warm, and caring. Jungsu nodded. Youngwoon took the liberty of folding his news paper, grabbing his drink and sitting at his student's table deciding to be helpful since he's already there. As Mr.Kim sat across Jungsu, the boy blinked in confusion, eyes wide and curious, his teacher seemed to notice "It seems like you'd need help standing up straight, so I wouldn't want you tumbling over your studies" He said jokingly with a slight laugh, the blonde brunette only blushed letting out a laugh as well, he liked this side of his teacher the most, the caring, goofy, warm side.

After a couple of hours studying with his math teacher in the cafe, Jungsu started discovering more stuff about Mr.Kim Youngwoon, things like how he was very intelligent with not only math, but other subjects as well, and how he had fun ways of explaining things, instead of relying on just facts and numbers, he uses monkeys and bananas as a far more interesting perspective. He taught the boy to come at questions in all directions and not just get stuck on one. During a much needed break, the teacher suddenly asked "Why do you seem so nervous all the time, Jungsu-ya? You look normal with your friends and relaxed, am I really that scary to you?" He questioned, genuinely concerned if he's ever scared the young student in any way to make him act so tense around him. "n-no, it's nothing like that. It's just..I guess.. I don't know, you're my teacher, and adults usually make me nervous" Jungsu didn't completely lie, nor did he tell the truth. Adults do make him nervous, but not as much as to get him this flustered. Youngwoon thought about it and said "Well, however scary I am in school, that's not really how I am all the time. It's just a requirement for me to get student's attentions" Jungsu was surprised as to why his teacher was explaining this to him "I know Mr.Kim, it's okay there's no need to explain, really" he cut in "You don't have to be nervous around me, is what I'm trying to say, think of me as your older brother, you and I are only nine years apart, so you shouldn't be afraid" he said with a bright grin as he ruffled the blonde brunette boy's hair affectionately "and since we're on the topic, you can call me Youngwoon outside school grounds by the way, I personally don't like the whole "Mr.Kim" thing anyway, makes me seem old" He chuckled and Jungsu let out a laugh after that, the remnant warmth of the other man's hand still lingered on his head, secretly wishing he was in a different universe where he was able to date Kim Youngwoon without having to face any difficulties.

After the sun set, the two of them decided to head back home "where do you live?" Youngwoon asked "not far from here, just a walk-able distance" He replied "I'll walk you to your house then" Jungsu blushed "n-no, it's okay, It's really close" he argued "but it's my job as your teacher to make sure you make it back safe" he replied, and without letting the younger student decline, he took his hand and walked out on the sidewalk. Jungsu noticed how large his teacher's hand was compared to his own as it engulfed his slender one, how warm it was as well, and how safe he felt with the man, nicknamed 'Kangin'
