This is being cross posted from Belic Bear's entry in the FurFright group. He said a fellow fur was injured severely in a car crash and is now in dire need of financial support for medical and various other reasons. Details are below. wish i could help.... he could apply for aide like temp SSI since he was injured. He might be classified as temporarily disabled. I wish him all the best in a speedy recovery though.

I've been scammed by one too many furries I don't know, needing money due to an accident, or losing their home, or job or... Only to find it was something brought on by their own stupidity or was a complete lie. I'm happy to help out people I know, I applaud your donation, and I hope it does good... but I won't be donating anything.

It's completely understandable. If this were some out of the blue request for help, then I probably wouldn't have donated either. However, because I have heard many good things about Belic, I trusted his word.

Ask Fen ... I have been scammed more then i will admit, by friends and family.

Good luck and I hope for the best for the guy. He is lucky to have others looking out for him. I'd like to help, but I always seem to help friends and get screwed for helping, so sorry, will have to pass.
