grace_oh wanted to invent a Charm for her Mugglenet Interactive homework and I suggested a Charm to make people alert because I am soooooo sleepy right now.

it cracked me up like hell too when grace_oh told me about it.
imagine people making announcements and shouting, "ERECTUS! we have a murderer on the loose!"
ignore the fact that latin is a dead language. :P
