[Jessica is getting tired. Tired of being frustrated, of worrying, of wondering if Matt would care more about Elfangor than about her, is less scared of him than he is with her. And it hurts, being tired, because it reminds her so much of what she went through, back home, when Hoyt came to Merlotte's bar with that girl. And it was so soon after they broke up as well. Sometimes she wonders if that is deliberate, coming to the bar, wanting to speak to her yet not speak to her.
