...Don't you? Or are you not a noble? I like Ruval much better than home though. Father's subjects hated us there, but here or...in Celes, rather... it's different. They welcomed us!

[He's not really sure how to react to hearing that Yuui's folks are dead, and chews on his lower lip for a second, thinking hard.]

[He blushes a little at having made that mistake.]
I never heard a name like that before, is all. But I guess Mail's kind of a funny name too. [People are always saying it wrong.]
Um. You wanna come play with me and my friend?

[A beat.]
You'll get in trouble if you're seen playing with us. Besides, we...don't really know how to play.

[He blinks. How do you not know how to play?]
I won't get in trouble! There's hardly any grownups here, and how come kids aren't allowed to play with you guys? 'cause you're royalty?

[A bright grin here as he looks to Fai then back.]
We're Mages after all - you have to be good at such things as pronunciation for that!
[The rest of Mail's words, however, cause the grin to fade and Yuui to lean against Fai a little more, his head resting on his twin's shoulder. He hesitates, because this boy has been nice to them, but he'd never even consider lying about something so important so he mumbles instead.]
Well, we know how to play with each other but...we're cursed. No one is allowed to play with us because we'll bring them misfortune. So...guess we better not...

You don't have to worry about that. We'll definitely come. It'll be fun.
[One arm is around Yuui, holding him firmly in place, as if he might run. Fai sinks back, but doesn't loosen his grip one bit. He intends to take charge here.]
I know that Kannagara Country's magic will keep everyone safe.

His trust in Fai is an absolute, utterly unquestioned, which means after a moment, Yuui simply leans into Fai a bit more and smiles shyly at Mail.]
