[Lavi considered doing it on the way but then decided against it.

And that was a good idea because he feels a bit better now, when in Himorogi. He wasn't so fond of the idea of showing his face when he was tired and exhausted, which Himorogi helps with. He's still not sure he wants to show his face but... he does anyway. To reassure people he's fine.
