The cliff climbing was the FUNNIEST THING EVER. That die hates you.

You so would have won it when you were trying to convince the monsters to let us take our wounded and could you please get rid of those other monsters for us, chaps.

Wasn't I saying that from the start? Who pulled out her big sword because she detected evil?

That sounds like so much fun! I've been wanting to get involved in table-top gaming for ages, but finding a group to begin with isn't easy, let alone finding one you click with.

I used to watch the boys playing at high school and be far too socially anxious to ask to join in. Ditto to answering any of the calls for players in the local games shop. I actually bought all the stuff for GURPS Middle Earth and read it, and the magazines, and didn't make up a group.

We played with the boys a little, but they had big big groups and weren't interested in the roleplaying bit, which is what i most wanted to do and was scared i'd be too self conscious to do, so much as fighting monsters. Except one of my brothers, poor lone roleplayer. The closest we came were Ameritrash board games (ADORE) like Arkham Horror and Battlestar Galactica.

So it's really nice to have nice, kind, experienced roleplayers to baby us through!
