YES. Or trying to be a US boyband, I don't know. Whatever it is, is dreadful, completely out of style for the song, and it's not like Fantastic Baby is a choreography heavy clip anyway. It's more about the insane post-apocalyptic visuals and GD and T.O.P.'s hair.
I probably would have found it quite hilarious to see them attempt some Kpop dancing that was even more completely out of their range - ShinEE style, perhaps. Can you see them attempting Sherlock:Clue*Note?
It's so disappointing. Sometimes I wonder if that's why the rabid fans are so rabid - they can't bear to admit that something they were so excited about went off the boil. Of course, then it's only a matter of time before the creators are Betraying Their Vision.
I was bored by the tangle of relationships by about 2/3 of the way through the first season, I must say. It seems a lazy way to add drama, all the breaking up and getting back together.
Not a Glee watcher, but I really liked their versions of the two Adele songs Rumour Has It and Someone Like You...and that's it. Also, nice to see some mainstream gay characters, but still couldn't deal with the actual show!
Yeah, I get this guilty feeling "look, I should like it because it has gay characters!" just like I do with books... I am very glad it does. I figure it must do some good, because otherwise the religious right wouldn't hate it so much. But I still can't make myself like it.
