In both scary and exciting news....I leave the UK in THREE days :O

What've I've been up to:

Sunday: Went to Oxford. There was a somewhat hastily organised get-together meal. Myself, Otoha, Marie, Chris, Nate, Kasumi, Tim, Lydia and Sam (later) went to Jamies and had a really nice meal together. Afterwards, we headed to O'Neills for a quick drink ( Read more... )

Haha, yeah, but it's three days to go! :O Have to rush around like a crazy woman...
I'll try...I don't enjoy packing!!

Aww Gourmet Burger Kitchen is so yummy :D but yes the burgers are huge. Next time I may ask if I can have a childrens meal. Good luck with packing today, hope it all goes well. What time is your flight on Sunday? It's London you're going from right?

It really was! I hadn't eaten all day, so I did pretty well with my burger, I think, but still left some...my friend ordered the small cheeseburger and fared much better, lol.

My flight's at 9pm. We'll be leaving home around lunchtime and driving down to Heathrow, probably for about 4-5pm I think. You're going from Manchester, right?

Yeah and my flights at 9am I think :) arghh scary lol, good luck! Are you gonna buy a phone in Japan? I've been looking on the softbank website and they have a shop in Nagoya with English speaking staff, yay, so hopefully I'll get one sorted out quickly.

Yes, definitely. One of my first priorities! I'll probably look at a few. They have different packages for use. And most likely, a student helped might come with you to help with the sign-up for one.

Thanks again. I took the rest of the bandage off this morning and was a bit freaked out at the line from the incision :/ But....I guess it's worth it in the end. Still a bit sore, but I'm hoping the brusing goes down in a few days.
