Ok I am randomly reading this...and now responding--so hello Kendra--I say embrace your need for coffee and caffeine! I have been trying for years to cut back with no hope--if you are really serious though, a nice trick is slowly add bits of decaf.--my boss told me now the water in coffee can be added in to total water consumption (which is very necessary) so really in the end you are just trying to drink more water.-Lindsay-
