I feel for you, I really do.

I just hope that you have somewhere to live and enough to eat.

I get stiff like that when a change is coming through.

Are you able to take a hot bath? With maybe some essential oil?

No bath, can't get out of a tub.

What a life this is!

Sorry you don't have a bath where you are and that even if you did, you couldn't get out of it. My dad only has a bath and I have difficulty getting in and out of it when I'm over there.

I'll take as good care of myself as possible. I'm 'in the wars' so to speak at the moment, too.
