DON'T fail out of speech, if you can help it. Withdraw before that happens. All that you'll accomplish by failing is bringing down your GPA, and that's no good. :-\

Seriously. The only reason to NOT withdraw from a class you're failing would be if it would result in you having to repay your loans for that term, and even then it's not necessarily that good of a reason.
