Cooking veggies are easy but its the washing of the veggies that take the fun out of it. (AND the washing of the dishes too but thats a slightly different matter altogether..)

Eheh just wanted to know whether you need to blanch the veggies before you stir-fry them? Because I keep seeing differing opinions online. :/

Er.. I dnu? I didn't blanch them la, I just washed and fried them. Um.. maybe different veggies require different methods? Or why don't u try and tell me xD
