Direction in Life

I came to a sudden realisation today that I have more or less wasted my 1 year out of school. Somehow, it seems that without the fixed schedule of a school life, and nothing to aim towards at the end of the year (sch exams, A levels, etc.), I have more or less just spent my time aimlessly and accomplished, well, almost nothing. Well, you have a really good reason for not accomplishing much. Spending 80-90% of your time in camp doesnt allow you to do much outside what.

And to say that you didnt accomplish anything in OCS would be a lie right? Whereas my NS life is more or less about just doing your work and going home.

Sometimes (or rather, quite often) I get the feeling that I'm just passing time. I know alot of the rest ARE just waiting to commission..
