People lately have commented on my eating habbits. It's got me thinking. There are people all over the world that are getting fatter and fatter, and somehow I'm not. Funny part is my father at the time was attempting to "eat healthier" and wound up going on high blood pressure medication and putting on 20 more pounds. The kicker was the food he was buying; high grade deli cuts, freshest of veggies blah blah blah... The differance? I actually got at least an hour a day of activity, him... maybe an hour a week.
Family gene set right now has me being told I should suck as an athlete and be at least 35 pounds over wieght. Ain't no way in hell I'm any of that.
