All bolded characters are part of the Bitch Clique (which could use a new name, perhaps).
Mai Suzuki (Genie) - Part of the clique. They say two bitches are better than one, and this is no exception. They gossip together, shop together, and manipulate together. And, just for fun, they try to outbitch each other. It's all in great fun, if it weren't for that mistrust over each other's property for that one night Mai lost something of hers. There's also... a little extra thing.
Suzuka Otomo (Malia) - Part of the clique. The two are together more because of their wealth and status than anything else. There's an underlying tension between the two. While Suzuka gets better grades and is more focused, thus looking down on her, Kaoru thinks Suzuka is a tight-ass that needs to loosen up. Regardless, they work well together: Kaoru gossips and Suzuka placidly sits back and drinks.
Kinuka Asano (David II) - Kinuka was always closer to Suzuka because of her quieter nature, but she was definitely not as uptight as Suzuka. She's still a catty gossip, so they all worked well together. It wasn't until a night at the club that Kaoru and Mai left Kinuka with those older guys that the rift began to form between Kinuka and the rest of the group.
Kazuki Hoshikawa (Jamie) - Even though he's a total fag, he's a charmingly funny fag. Kaoru and Kazu get together all the time for shopping ventures and other silly outings, even though he has little to do with the bitch clique.
Hideaki Yuasa (Kristin) - Kaoru knows better than to piss off a guy who'd hit her without qualm, so she befriended him so he can hit people for her. They have a mutual respect for each other and get along well despite their mean-spirited attitudes. Now, whenever Hideaki's around and Kaoru's about to get into a jam, he's got her back.
Ryuji Miyosaka (Lucy) - Debate partners, the team managed to make their way into Nationals for Public Forum Debate. They didn't get along at first but they slowly admired each other as they continued to match wits, and eventually sexual tension arised. Kaoru's found herself getting possessive over Ryuji in the slightest way, and even though she's trying not to give him too much, she wouldn't mind sexing him.
Taichi Nawabe (Shia) - Though they are not in each other's social loops, the two still have fun together whenever they do hang out, particularly in parties and clubs. They don't go out of their way to hang out with each other, but occasionally they do get together and wreak havoc.
Raiden Shindou (Sophie) - The amateur debater stammers and stutters a lot, and the coach stuck him over to Kaoru.
Lily Ogawa (Livi) - Neutral. Not friends, not enemies; they're just kind of there. They'll talk if they really feel like it, but going weeks straight without interacting holds no impact on their lives. Kaoru hasn't targeted her for any of her supreme bitchiness, but the two have no particular interest in being friends. Present for the underwear incident.
Mami Hanasaki (Roppie) - They don't fraternize at all. They're in completely different groups of friends, and don't have the same interests or after-school activities. The only time Mami really ever has anything to do with Kaoru is when she sticks up for Emi or anyone else in the Nerd Herd.
Miyuki Ishida (Laura II) - Some behind-the-back teensy lesbo name-calling. Also bought a pair of uppers off of her once. EXPAND!
Satoru Ishigaki (Indi) - He's too introverted for Kaoru's tastes and they have no real link to have much to do with each other.
Taki Yoshomoto (Alila) - Kaoru's made fun of her style of dress before but is otherwise unfazed by her existence.
Seikou Ishida (Zarrah) - She acknowledges his existence just long enough to tease him. It's so easy to do, and he does nothing about it other than get flustered. Gay/Cutting/Ugly.
Itsuo Tateno (Gabrielle) - They don't talk. And that's due to the fact that Itsuo is so insignificant to her that she never approaches him and he wouldn't approach her. The only time she's ever even said anything to him is a simple, derogatory comment on his tacky sweater vest.
Kentaro Fukushima (Andrew) - Best described as "Ew" from afar. Plus, he's not very fun to push around. It's a mutual dislike and nothing more.
Ryuichi Nakano (Dan) - For the most part, they leave each other alone. Though poking fun at his girlfriend Emi is easy, Ryuichi's calm nature doesn't make him an easy jab, especially when he swoops in to defend her. In these verbal tiffs, even though it's difficult to piss him off, Kaoru is quicker at comebacks and takes the argument. They dislike each other for making their counterpart's life much less pleasant.
Sayuri Ono (Laura I) - Gossiping with her friends one day, Sayuri's name came up. They always noted she'd wear long sleeves, and Kaoru theorized she could be a cutter. So, as an experiment, Kaoru "accidentally" lifted up Sayuri's sleeve, and lo-and-behold, Sayuri defensively covered her wrist and ran off. Kaoru chased her down, laughing maliciously as she finally managed to grab her and lift up the sleeve, showing her scars to everyone. Now, whenever she passes by, Kaoru and her friends shout "Cutter!".
Sakura Tsumatsu (Rob) - Both girls really don't like the other, and believe the other is below them. They really probably wouldn't want to have anything to do with each other if it weren't for the fact they're both in Debate.
Aito Oshiro (Navi) - Annoying to the max.
Kimasu Harunashi (Tomar) - Essentially, Kaoru thinks he's a creep and completely disregards him. It bothers her to hear his smug voice and just wishes he'd fall into a manhole and die. Once, she'd sabotaged his term paper and got him in trouble for plagiarism. Just so he could shut the fuck up.
Ryo Ikeuchi (Shaun) - After Kaoru spread a rumor about Taylor giving it up to Ryo (drawing attention to the mere fact that he's totally ga-ga over her), Ryo actually confronted Kaoru. It was very loudly violent fight of words and Ryo was about to hit her when Hideaki swooped in and fought him off for her.
Hisa Aimono (David) - What an annoying little gnat. Hisa is some ugly fan girl of Kaoru's. Any time she sees Hisa at a distance, she has to duck behind a wall to avoid her finding her, but half of the time she does anyway. Hisa tries so hard to be like Kaoru and her friends that her attempts make her look even more ridiculous. Hisa's only use is as a lapdog. It wouldn't surprise Kaoru to find a shrine of her in Hisa's closet. Is that girl a lesbian or something? Seriously.
Taylor Takahashi (Koy) - Kaoru can't stand Taylor. She is such a prissy, fake bitch. The tension between the two was there: subtle insults, fake smiles, and a scowl as soon as they turned away. But as soon as she saw Taylor flirting with Ryuji in an obvious attempt to jab at her, Kaoru's dislike of her escalated to a point where the two got into an explosive catfight on the Debate Nationals trip over Kaoru's missing lipstick, where she accused Taylor of stealing. Whether she did or not, Kaoru has yet to find out. The fight was inconclusive, getting them a reprimand by their coach who had to pry the girls apart, but kept them from severe trouble because of the competition.

Emi Kuribayashi - In the student government together, Kaoru can't stand her lame ideas and knocks them out of the ballpark whenever she even dares to make a peep. All she's supposed to do is keep time, not discuss. She has no idea why so many losers try to stick up for her, but losers obviously stick together. When Emi tried to run for treasurer, Kaoru pulled off a little sabotage with her girls and forced Emi to back down and run for secretary instead. It was a win-win situation.
