Lime curd is yummy. But I don't make my own .. I get it here. Yum :)

The other sound yummy too. Nabbing, of course, because anything you say is good usually is :)

I only made my own because I bought a bag of limes last week, and I needed to use them up. ;D I still have five or six limes left to use somehow... I'm thinking of limeade, probably, since limeade = good. Although, if you can get your hands on some sour cherries for a not exorbitant price, you should really try making cherryade. It's so good!

The lahmacun are definitely fantastic. I'd really try it with some food processor-minced sirloin (or tender lamb, whichever) instead of ground beef, so that the topping stays softer, but even with ground beef they're damn good.

Limeade does = good. I made fresh lemonade the other day, and was -so- pleased with it. I have some limes leftover actually .. maybe I'll make some limeade too.
