There are times when my days are just a continuum of staring at the textbox and not knowing what to write. So I blather on about school. My emotions are more tightly controlled nowadays. We all need this. Rollercoaster days reign.
As for foul language.. I believe it's all in our minds, to be honest. We verbalize it. But when we don't, we still think it. The nice thing about a journal is that we can verbalize it through the written word (does that make sense?) and if people criticize it, then who cares. Every so often, even the cleanest person swears. I also think that in the privacy of our own journals, we should be free to express ourselves. Personally, I swear a little bit. Usually when I'm intensely emotional. Never in front of teachers or adults though, usually. Professional relationships call for professional behavior.
Hope things are better for you. I'm always losing my train of thought. How about you? I always have such wonderful ideas and then I don't write them down and they go away like the fleeting sun. <3.
i hate cursing. it's ignorant. i resort to things i can't explain outloud to words such as fucker and bitch. i mean... faulty accusations? i don't know, but i just don't like resorting to words like that. i hate it that it's been engraved into my dictionary.
Sure, there are better uses of the English language (or any language, for that matter), but of course, sometimes it spills out. We try our best to restrain it if we choose.
