Last night the Pikes had a speaker about Sexual Assault at the house, who I thought did an excellent job. He spoke about so many things that every girl goes through that most girls wouldn't even recognize as abuse, and he was right on. I was impressed. I just came home for the first time in about a week and one of the books I ordered for my Histology class came in the mail- it's a book that would actually be used by 2nd/3rd year Medical students to study for Step 1 of the USMLE Exam (the first of three exams to becoming a board certified Doctor). It's crazy.

My roomate doesn't even have a job and she's taking all Freshman level courses (she's in her third year). Not to offend anyone who may be in college and NOT working, but I bust my ass with tough classes, do a ton of stuff for my Sorority AND I support myself with a job.
