Ah, Shirreen. I can still hear her shrieks. She reminded me so much of Iphigenia. I still can't believe that happened.

Doesn't Joral have the same disease that Shireen had?

Can't wait to hear how you rewrite Sansa!

Yeah, they pulled Shireen right out of the Greek Tragedy playbook.

Jorah does have the same disease--I think it's called stoneskin. In the books, the explanation is that the disease progresses slowly but is 100% fatal/crazy-making in adults, whereas sometimes children can recover and just have the scarring. Kind of like chicken pox versus shingles, only much worse.

Ah, great. Then Joral is going to go crazy-nuts on us sometime soon. As if there weren't enough crazy nuts human-like creatures in that world!

When does GoT start to air again? I feel a bit trapped like I did with BSG. The show goes crazy but as long as Kara and Felix were in that world I had to know what happened to them there. GoT is holding Sansa and Arya hostage (and my watching is sort of the ransom in this example) and I can't stop watching until I see what happens to my girls.
