Wow, so there is a cohousing project being organized in Austin. Wow! It looks great! There is the private spaces for individuals and families, the common facilities, the neighbors you know and share with and create with, the open space for gardening and enjoying

once a month at Casa De Luz...

there are lot's of folks coming that are into intentional communities..

the group is DesighBuildLive, and the working group is for Intentional Communities and the co-housing group is also there...

would like to learn more about the one you are talking about.

The one I've been told about is Central Austin cohousing.. the kaleidoscope project. They have a website.
Let me know about the meeting dates, sounds interesting.
