Well, this is disturbing. I can't sit in my chair and bend down to put my shoes on. Not without unbuttoning my pants and holding my breath, anyway. There seems to be something in the way. >:P

I wonder if this is where the barefoot and pregnant cliche comes from...

Yeah, I'm gonna be super-hippie-sandal-woman when it starts getting warmer, I think. Until then, I can still prop my foot on the table and tie my Docs that way...

Nothing in the way here yet, but I find sitting ont he floor, legs kinda frog-esque, makes for easy shoe application.

I can sit on the floor.. I can stand next to the bed and put my foot on it to reach my laces.. I can put my foot on the desk.. but it's just annoying to bend over and suddenly go *oof* instead of reaching my toes.

After awhile you learn to work around it. I managed nicely painted toes and boot lacing through all three pregnancies! heh

I think I can work around the boots (they have longer laces), but the Chucks are going to get annoying real quick.

Well, at least I don't have to unbutton my pants to put my shoes on. Yet. But I'm with you on that out of breath thing.
