WITHOUT selective coloring

i like the look of selective coloring yet i dont' have ps so i looked through lots of tutorials of coloring i liked and took some of the steps from those and made a tutorial that works for psp that kinda has the look of selective coloring so here it is

1. crop your base 100x100
2. duplicate, automatic color balance with these setting Strength:55 Remove Color Cast: UNchecked Temperature:9300,
    then set that layer to screen 100%
3. in between those 2 layers put a new adjustment channel mixer layer with these settings

 red : 150
 green: -25
 blue: -25
Green ::
 red: - 25
 green: 150
 blue: -25
Blue ::

 green: -25
 blue: 150
4. New layer with #9cc1db set at burn 48% on top of all the layers
5. New adjustment layer curves with these settings
 Blue:
1st point - I: 13 O: 60
2nd point - I:26 O:125
3rd point - I: 64 O:111
4th point - I:94 O:122
5th point - I:113 O:147

8. then add text or whatever you want and you're done!

might be sorta tricky if you aren't familier with paintshop but once you get the hang of it it's very simple
