#2: You really do need to get the hell outa there. What kinda jobs do you want to do. I know we're hiring over here at Symantec. Check out the website. Find out what you want to do and then go for it. Remember, you have manager experience now... that counts for a lot on a resume. And even if you think you don't qualify, apply anyways... all they can do is tell you no.
