And to all those who are in charge of hiring new people, how on earth am I supposed to get experience if you won't hire me?! I know what you mean and I totally sympathise with you. This job search thing SUCKS. No one wants to train people anymore.
I think NCIS: Los Angeles is gonna develop nicely. Ep 2 focousses more on Sam (LL Cool J) and you get more of a sense of what kind of a person he is etc, sort of how we learnt a bit about Callen in the first ep. Hopefully they do that with all the characters. I don't like the office they use. I know they're meant to be under the radar but it doesn't even look like a professional environment imo.
That will be good, I like the relationship between Callen and Sam but so far it has been all about Callen. I'm interested in Kensi. I liked her in the pilot eps but in this one the was something about her that annoyed me but I'm not sure what. And yeah the office is strange, it's all over the place with no central area like the bullpen.

I completely understand you.When I started,I was in the same position-I had to have some experiance(2 years) to start a job like a teacher.It was not necessary,but they hired people,who had some teaching experience.It's like a bewitch circle.
