Well I've done it. I've watched all ten seasons of SG-1 (and The Ark of Truth). In under a month. Not a bad accomplishment, although I doubt I'll tell anyone other than you guys as it is slightly sad that I had enough spare time to do it :-)

You must have more self control than I do. I'm one of those people who gets crazy addicted to stuff and I find it very hard to stop until either I've had to much and am completely sick of it or in this case come to the end. :-)

I think I'm in for the long-haul. The only other show/character I've felt like this for is NCIS/Tony. I love Daniel. He's the type of really complex character that I love (and love to whump) plus he looks fantastic ;-) I've listerned to a couple of the commentaries so far (just the ones with Michael Shanks) but I plan to go back a listen to the rest of them.

I really like both SG.I still remember how I was so exated,when ,after I saw the movies,someone told me there will be shows , based on the movies .:)

That depend.There are people,who beg for free time.:) Truth to be told,I'm sure this is just transitory-you will see how after a few days or weeks you will not be able to take a break at all-and THEN you will look sad back at this free time you had now.:)You know-like Bible says"there is time for love and time for hate,time for to be sad and time to be happy...":)

That's an excellent point! I have a bad trait of always wanting to rush to the next stage of my life instead of enjoying the hear and now. :-)

I love Vala. Claudia Black is fantastic and she gave Vala such a vulnerability in the middle of all the fun. ♥ Have to admit that while I really liked all of SG-1, she is my favourite character. And I'm totally there for Daniel/Vala. :D

Yeah, she does an excellent job of making Vala likable and not one dimensional despite some of Vala's very obvious flaws. It's a tie between her and Jack for my second favourite character but I have to say neither come close to my love for Daniel :-)

You must be SG1'd out by now! I was lucky that FX showed them two episodes per night so I managed to catch up that way - over several months though - not sure I could have done what you did! I agree, the early seasons were the best, it was Jack and Daniel at their best, which was why I wasn't so keen on the later two seasons, although Vala was funny and Cam was alright, Daniel had lost too much of his innocence by then and without Jack to bounce off it wasn't the same.

Surprisingly I'm not, a sign of a good show :-) I tend to get crazy addicted to things and have no self control until I've finished watching the whole thing. I didn't mind Daniel losing his innocence, it's natural to expect it after everything he has seen not to mention hanging around Jack for so long. But yeah, I did miss that classic Jack/Daniel banter in the last seasons.
