We swore it would never happen but Drew got a job working for Cat. I'm still on the fence about the whole situation. It's more money but it's 3rd shift. I think we get better benefits but not sure. I have always had a bad picture in my mind of how Cat is run and doesn't seem to appreciate their employees unless they are management. The big reason ( Read more... )

GLAD TO HEAR THAT YOU ARE ALL DOING WELL!!! I'M NOT SURE HOW CAT IS WITH EMPLOYEES EITHER, BUT MY DAD WORKED THERE FOR A LONG ASS TIME AND RETIRED AND HE MADE GOOD MONEY WHEN HE DID WORK THERE. AND WE HAVE A LOT OF CUSTOMERS HERE WHERE I WORK THAT WORK AT CAT. AND THEIR CHECK STUBS ARE OUTRAGEOUS AS TO WHAT THEY ARE GETTING EACH PAYCHECK. SOMETIMES I WONDER TO MYSELF AS TO WHAT THEY SPEND THEIR MONEY ON THAT THEY NEED TO COME AND TAKE OUT A LOAN.

I DUNNO ABOUT THE WHOLE SCHOOL THING EITHER. I MEAN THE SOONER YOU GO BACK THE QUICKER YOU ARE DONE. BUT I GUESS IT JUST DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU FEEL IS THE RIGHT NOW. BUT WHATEVER YOU DECIDE, IM SURE IT WILL BE JUST FINE.
