On break-ups and the end of relationships

For various reasons, the subject of break-ups and relationships ending has been on my mind for months. The recent examples I've been personally involved in are non-romantic in nature, but break-ups nonetheless. And the one's I've been party to have been very one-sided as well

I really hope you get the SoCal job, I think you will like it there much better. Also, looking from the outside in, I think moving abck to Seattle might be why you are thinking about your Ex again, I think that city still partially represents her, and while I know you will be carrying these things with you no matter where you go, you are still pretty burned by her actions.

Also, I really hope you get some happiness, because you deserve it. I know I don't know you that well, but from what I know, through LJ I do know you are a good guy.
