.. is rather good. I had some doubts, but I tried it the other day and decided it is currently my favorite type of sushi. It was rather sweet, and definately not what I was expecting. Eel is one of my favorite kinds of fish to eat. I've had it cooked hot and in sushi (still cooked, though; I don't think I've had it raw). Delicious each time I've had it.

Looks like now I know of someone who's tried it and enjoyed it. :) The eel sushi I had was cooked, and all, too. I'd really like to try more sometime.

I also had pickled eel larvae once. They were okay. Not too different from anchovies.

Currently? Nope. I'm supposed to try to find a job and/or take guitarlessons up where Dad lives, 'though I've no idea if either will actually pan-out. Only plan I have so far for summer is AX with Megan.
