How he feels about the Doctor, Doctors & The 3 Doctors. Ianto AND the fact that Gwen is the only person that he's ever respected/loved enough to give a shit whether she's married or not!

Thanks! The episode played it off as just Jack being a horny bastard, but I think it was a lot more meaningful to him. The Doctor (in whatever form) is always going to be his #1.
