Opening night was awesome. Liz and I are getting so close. The show has really come together. It looks swell. It is so much fun playing Rooster. I wouldn't have done the show if I would have gotten any other part. Liz and I have bonded. We truly make magic on the stage. We got like the biggest hand last night. OMG! You're playing Rooster! How'd you wangle that one?! Guys get all the best roles. I'm so jealous. I did Annie (just chorus) in my first year out of school. We had such a blast because our director really focused on the fact that it started as a cartoon. But kids and dogs really are enough to drive you insane. One of the dogs who played Sandy had a drool problem and I sat in a huge blob of it during Hooverville one night. Yuck.
