Personally, I'm looking forward to it. I love snow. Freezing rain on the other hand, while it has its moments, is too dangerous to be any real fun, though it does look cool.

No, it's been too cold. I've been either busing it or getting a ride with my sister. And since it's winter break now, I don't have to worry about it until January when school starts up again.

You did the right thing by staying home. No you don't want to expose anyone else, but you also don't want to expose yourself to anything else since your immunity is probably down.
