58 days have passed, 943 to go, and this is what I've accomplished so far:
Try a new recipe once a month for one year
Apparently my most successful goal so far:
August 3: No-bake citrus cheesecake
Pretty good, except I had to keep it in the freezer, since the mix never set the way the recipe said it would. It probably needed more gelatin. Frosted fruit isn't very attractive :/
August 4: Okonomiyaki
Japanese pizza. It turned out okay! I'd made them at my Japanese teacher's house before, but this was my first time doing it on my own.
August 17: Almond mocha muffins
Eh, moderate success. They're pretty, and they didn't taste horrible, but I could have knocked someone out by throwing one of those at them. Hard as rock on the outside.
August 24: Apple cheesecake bars
These were AWESOME. Everyone who tried them loved them. I was proud of myself.

Blog at least once a week for three months straight
Moderate success. If I combine LJ and my other one, I've been blogging at least once a week since the 1001 days began.
Floss at least once a week for three months
I was doing great, but then I'm pretty sure I forgot two weeks ago, so I started over.
Eh, I guess I need to work a little harder?
