Tatsuki looked forward to any time she found to spend with Orihime, and while in all honesty, it wasn't that much time, she knew Orihime didn't hold it against her. She was that kind of person. Hooking her keys to a loop on her pants, she rolled her eyes as she tossed some unfinished files she'd been reviewing back into the drawer, a little carelessly...okay, a lot. One could hardly blame her though, and well, if one could, Tatsuki would just tell them the truth: she didn't give a flying fuck ( ... )

"Oh, hello, Tatsuki!" said Orihime, with a broad smile, and from her a broad smile wasn't particularly unusual, but for Tatsuki it was especially broad. Tatsuki was so nice, and strong, and she was just a wonderful person! Just being around her made Orihime feel safe and warm, not that she usually felt unsafe or cold, but it was just nice.

When Ichigo arrive, she turned to him, smile still in place, even as her heart did a funny little flip (why did it always do those weird things? It was so -- so -- weird!). His question, however, struck worry into her heart -- should she give him the tray or not? Would he think less of her if she did? Would he think that she wasn't capable of carrying a tray herself? Because that would just be horrible, for him to think she couldn't even do a simple thing like that!

... but then if she didn't give him the tray, what would he think then? Would he think that she thought herself better than him? Or that she was being impolite?

Oh...Finally, she said, "Thank you!" in a cheerful voice and ( ... )
