Mass Effect 1 - Episode 10 - Season finale!
Here it is, the season 1 finale of my ME walkthrough! The only tech issue I noticed is I missed cutting out one load screen/squad selection screen. I was too lazy to go back and cut it and rerender. You can live with one load screen.
Oh, BTW, did I mention that these games are rated M? They're rated M. Have fun!
Some notes on ME1 that aren't spoilers for anything later but are still going under a spoiler tag:

If you choose the neutral option when deciding whether to save the council or not, they still die. My first playthrough I chose that just because I was so annoyed at the council I didn't really care, and they died anyway. Oh darn. Then my second playthrough I was renegade - I think I still chose the neutral option instead of the renegade, because it seemed *too* heartless, but I did it fully knowing this time that they'd die anyway, so it still felt pretty renegade. This is actually my first time saving the original council, so things will be a little different than I'm used to going forward. Yay new stuff for everyone!
Love interests - I have a weird affection for Kaidan. I don't entirely understand it, because on screen he really isn't that interesting compared to the other characters. But I have lots of Kaidan feels for some reason (I think he's just more interesting in my (vague) head canon for him). You can also romance Liara - I never have because my first play through I talked to her so little in 1 that she never actually hit on me, and so I went through the whole game without her ever really being a potential LI for me, and now I just see her as a sister too much to ever want to fuck her, really. If I was playing as a guy I also could have romanced Ashley, but I'm not playing as a guy, because the guy who voices MShep "sounds like a potato", to quote an acquaintance of mine. Plus, awesome women, yay. You also don't have to romance anyone - my renegade playthrough I didn't romance anyone in 1. But I wanted to give you guys some romance. (By the way, the sex scene isn't any less awkward if you choose someone else - limitation of video game animation, hurrah)
I'm really interested to see what everyone thinks of game 1, about the characters and the mythology and maybe where you think the story will go. I'm SUPER excited for you guys to get into 2.
But on that note, some tech stuff - the graphics in 2 are a lot more detailed than 1 was, and as a result, my computer is having a little trouble handling playing it while recording. Basically recording causes the game to slow down to a rate of 1 or 2 frames per second. Which isn't watchable. Or playable. This isn't all the time, sometimes it plays fine, but if my comp gets too hot or the HD to full, it doesn't work out well. So I can still play and record, but only in very small bits, and sometimes I can't get through a whole mission before it goes out, which doesn't make for very good watching. I have several ideas for how to fix this issue, and I'm not worried about it, but it does mean that there's going to be a delay before season 2 starts going up. Right now I only have 1 episode totally edited together without any glitches (or only 1 or 2). I don't want to put that 1 up and then not be able to put any more up for weeks because tech stuff. And I don't think I'm going to post an episode every day either. I mean, I didn't with one, but that was always my goal, I just forgot sometimes. With 2 I'm not going to try - it'll probably be every other day max, and probably a few days in between.
One other thing I'd be interested to get people's opinions on - I've been considering posting non spoilery episode descriptions for season 2 episodes, before they go up, like a little tease. Like you get with real TV episodes. But I don't know how many of you actually read those - some people do consider those spoilers and stay away. So if that's something you'd be interested in, not interested in, don't care about either way, just let me know.
