Ooh, thanks! I had picked up the main ones (read: Shepard's teammates) but never saw some of the others. I feel like the Keepers were seen/mentioned but I forgot them. :)

I wonder at what point it's cool to get a Mass Effect icon when I've never played the game.

The keepers are interesting - basically they run the Citadel, literally don't do anything else, are non verbal, no one knows much about them at all...fun times. I think I realized as I was playing through the final boss in 1 that there was a chance to be told a little about the keepers that I missed, but you don't learn anything that I didn't just tell you, so...
