Amazon will have it on the day of release. You can preorder or order here.

Otherwise, I would try finer independent record stores. I am not familiar with the music environment down in Orlando but think on the lines of Amoeba Records (SF & LA), Aquarius Records (SF), Kim's Video & Music (NYC), Shake-It Records (Cincinnati), etc.

does amazon carry the vinyl? I'd rather get it on vinyl than cd.

No, Amazon will not be carrying the vinyl edition.
