I like it! I'm totally cringing at the quality of science journalism, though. The Wired piece makes more sense scientificaly but it's just badly written. The Forbes piece is better written but I had a hell of a time understanding just what exactly, they discovered.
I never read comments (well, okay, I'll read editors' choice comments on Salon sometimes). Jak has this weird addiction to cnet comments, which irritate him no end, but he KEEPS READING them, which I do not understand.
My premature crotchetiness apparently doesn't extend to nonfiction, yet. I am curious what your problems are with the Wired piece?
