- i'm moving. mid-october, i will be moving into aliee's house in rockdale. she's been offering for ages and i've thought it through and i'm on board. her house is lovely, she has a dog, her and her boyfriend both work a lot and my rent will be half of what i pay now. i see no bad side. i'm a little worried that i'm going to be a shitty housemate, ( Read more... )

ummm...south! :D nearish to the beach and airport and those kinda places. about 15 minutes south of the city. you're gonna love the name of my street, i'll tell you in chat one day :D

doctors do suck :( they still haven't called me about following up my complaint; i'm starting to think it'll come to nothing :/ can we like hunt her down and sugar her tank or something? *s*

thanks! totally gonna need it. was born without rhythm. woe!

hehehe yeah, i know. but i'm borrowing nick's mp3 player for the trip so that's something to keep me entertained i guess :)

ahahahahaha i'm totally not looking forward to that :D but hey, i suppose taking shit apart is easier than putting it together...least i don't have to worry about trying to make all the bits fit :)

i just saw an ad for the next jackie chan film - looks completely lolarious AND it's set in paris. must see! :D

Congratulations on finding a new home, although I'm a bit concerned that you are moving in with an established couple - it's always been one of my golden rules of sharing not to do that ... the risk is that you feel like the third leg in the house or get caught up in the arguments. But, you know these people better than I do.

Melbourne *sigh* As you know, I share your love of the place. I'm starting to save in October ... although I could fly down with my flatmate in December for a few days, at this stage I'd rather have the money in my account. Perhaps February for my birthday!!! :o)

i thought about that for a long time as well...they've been offering me their spare room for ages now, even before their most recent housemate moved in, so i've had quite a while to think about it. they're pretty cruisy kinda people and they work a LOT, so i'm thinking there's not going to be much time when we'll be together as a household. that, and aliee and i both work retail, so our hours are going to be increased from now until january. money, hurrah! there's also plenty to do in rockdale, so i can always do little suburban runaways if things get a bit funny. i have little back-up plans all over the place :) should be fine though. hopefully! *s*

prolly be cheaper in feb anyway - no amping up the prices coz of school holidays or christmas or anything! *s*

*squishy hugs*

babe, going by how she treated u, she doesn't sound like a very good doctor so more than likely it won't be anything to worry about.

i have an excellent 'lady bits' dr in parramatta

the pathology nurse and the receptionist said they'd had complaints about her before, so hopefully mine will be the nail in the coffin.

you'll have to give me her details one day. i'm at that point where i don't really care if i have to pay upfront. i'd rather do that and have someone decent than go bulkbilled and have someone ram things in me while insulting me at the same time. totally could've kicked her in the face for that.

my lady bits dr is Dr Kim Matthews at Next generation Fertility. She mainly deals with IVF stuff but she's the one I went to when I had Herbert and the endo and she was fantastic. You'll need a referral and it may take a couple of weeks to go see her but its worth it in the long run if anything major needs to happen.

what exactly did this bitch of a dr say to you?

oh dude. i thought i'd gotten over my 'wanting to glass my friends' boyfriends in the FACE' phase but THIS IS BRINGING IT RIGHT BACK *frowns so hard* seriously. i would totally not break up our dodgy-cousin-sister-making-out-friendship thing if i found out you had cancer. in fact, i'd probably make out with you more. largely coz i wouldn't really know what to say, but i'd know that doing something is better than being COMPLETELY FRELLING INAPPROPRIATE. rrrr ( ... )
