(good luck with that, hey?) i just started to feel like SOMETHING needed to be said, otherwise i wouldnt have posted at all. and, thats the best explanation i can give you for one of the most hypocritical sentances i've written in here. haha

haha whit, i have to say that when i saw i had a comment from you, i got a little nervous..but that was the awesomest comment ever.

i defintly understand where you're coming from, and you're right, a small confrence wouldn't have stayed small..but i guess i get sick of seeing every little drama get "worked out" on livejournal, and blown out of proportion. and at least the problem would have been dealt with quietly before becca got blasted...this must have been a shock for her you know?

Sometimes, I think that because me and Eric B. are more cynical and sarcastic, and realistic (granted, with a bitter twist)...people are afraid of what we might say.

I'm human...and so is Eric. And, I'm going to have to say that even though it hurts my feelings sometimes...(that phrase seems straight out of 3rd grade...) the brutally honest opinions are the ones that make me want to change the most.

very true...but the difference between you and eric is how the comment is given.

i know that when eric critizies me, he does it in a way that makes me feel hatred. it's hard to recover from a full out eric bashing..he's very effective. lol

you on the other, (in my opinon of course) seem to be more respectful. although you may have the same thoughts as eric, you dont swear as often when you give them. for some reason, your comments never really strike me as coming out of hate.

maybe thats just me though...

WE ALL SEE THE SAME THING! the words have to be said in order for everything to be changed, people need to know what they have to change, and that comes through words. She doesn't listen otherwise.

right, the words have to be said. she has to hear them, to understand where people are coming from. but does she have to read it on a livejournal after all of her friends have commented? to me, i'd feel attacked and betrayed. and it's not like she just read the issue, she read insults that were completely unneccary, and comments that attacked her without actually speaking to her. "becca did this, becca did that." i know i'd be hurt a lot, and i think that livejournal was not the place to do this.
