mmmm...so today i didnt run in the meet cause denny's worried about my knees. i saw tyler...and it was not good news.

apparently, i have inflamed IT bands on both knees..we're trying two different types of treatment, and if they dont work..i'm not allowed to run. thats such a scary thought

haha we can sit on couches together and get fat! haha jk...no man, we'll still run, with crutches and casts and everything! haha
