Worked 2 sessions yesterday.
Stuck in a meeting and there was this part where contents had nothing to do with me so I played with the phone.

Saturday update
- A looong list of to-dos but I'm still lazing.
- Met my classes. Glad I'm not seeing M at all!! Yipppeeeees! But I'm sure I have other headache-inducing ones. And one problem I see is this - it's tough to teach old dogs new tricks. Always. And another - very very good ones always read, at every opportunity, which is quite irritating at times.

Sleeping beauty
Slept from midnight till 6.30pm. How freakish is that? And I'm still sleepy. I had a terrible bout of gastric at 2ish am and from then now, it was downhill. Didn't sleep well at all. The gastric was gone this morning but I was feeling so hot (internally) & weak. Even tossing in bed was a chore. My body weighed a ton ( Read more... ) -

I would call it a work getaway.
I would call it a good ruse to isolate the staff from the rest of the world. Gone with the distractions!

Weather's awesome but ...
my mac died on me. I just paid $51 for it to get it fixed, alas in half. Now I need to trudge down to Wheelock to get my data backed up (I have way too many precious pictures to lose them) and then continue the other half of restoration. If it really can be restored ( Read more... )
