Fourteen pounds so far.  Didn't think I lost any this week.  Just didn't feel like it, despite the fact that i went to the gym like I would never be able to again.  My schedule was as follows: Thurs (60 mins), Fri (90 mins), Sat (60 mins), SUnd (90 mins), Mon (75 mins).  I need to keep that up this week while I'm on break, because when my family ( Read more... )

Wow. Sounds like you're doing really well. Keep up the good work! Sometimes you hit a plateau for a little while. Don't give up!
